FAQ

*** Our transaction processor is super secure, so be sure that the card information you enter on our site is exactly what's on your billing statement.  If the information entered doesn’t match what your bank has on file, the transaction won’t go through.  Since our system can only accept cards with billing and account information attached, we generally can’t process third party gift cards or prepaid debit cards.
We recommend contacting your bank to verify your billing address, as your bank might have incorrect or old information on file. Sometimes, banks may freeze or hold funds when transactions are repeatedly declined, so it’s a good idea to double check your info before making multiple order attempts. ***

WHY WAS I DECLINED?

Authorize.net - our processor - is very cautious and strict. Please have the right amount in your bank account and also most important - please make sure the billing address matches the same billing address as your personal issuing bank. So if you have moved recently (college, military, job, long holiday, etc) please make sure you made those billing adjustments at your bank. Also orders can be declined for being suspicious; many quantities of a high price item ordered, different billing/shipping address, being sent overseas with a local billing, online fraud, etc.

HOW COME MY ORDER WAS DECLINED BUT MONEY WAS TAKEN?

If a customer enters wrong billing info - our credit card processor Authorize.net - declines the order, but puts a hold on the total amount of the order for authorization which can last up to 3-5 business days, then returns it back to the customers bank. The time and process depends on the issuing bank.

Authorize.net considers our business "high risk" because we do business online and are involved in a new industry - such as the e-cig business. To avoid this, please have the right amount of funds in your bank account and also please make sure the billing address matches the same billing address as your personal issuing bank.

When a sale does go through, the customer will receive an automated email confirming the sales. Once the shipping label is printed they get a shipping notification email - and your package will be at your door shortly.

WHAT IS A VAPE DEVICE & HOW DO I USE IT?

A vaping device is the battery holder that holds your tank or atomizer attaches too in order to vape your e-liquid. They are typically called mods, box mods or mech mods. They come in many shapes, sizes and weights. Choose a device that is comfortable for you to hold for the duration of time in a day you prefer to vape. Some people begin with a pen & only enjoy those for the purposes of quitting nicotine altogether, others upgrade to a box mod or a mini mod for longer-term usage of e-liquid.

WHAT IS A COIL & WHAT RESISTANCE SHOULD I USE?

A coil aka atomizer is a small replaceable chamber containing cotton that gets saturated by the e-liquid you intend to vape. When the battery heats up the coil, the effect is the vapor you inhale from the mouthpiece or drip tip.

WHAT IS E-LIQUID AND WHAT NIC LEVEL DO I NEED?

E-liquid is comprised of propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin, nicotine and flavoring. Depending on the usage of cigarettes and what you smoked, will determine your nic level - for instance, if you were a light smoker of light or ultra light cigarettes, your nic level would likely be a 6mg nicotine bottle of e-liquid. If you smoked a max nicotine pack, you’d likely start at a nic level of 12-18 or higher depending on how frequent of a daily smoker you are.

WHAT BATTERY DO I USE AND WHAT DOES MAH MEAN?

The battery is the source of power to your vaping device lasting 5-10 hours of vaping depending on the battery and how much you're vaping. There are top and bottom charge batteries, most e-cig pens have an internal battery that can be charged with a charger. Other mods need batteries sold separately, there are a number of chargers for these various batteries.

mah (mAh) stands for:miliamp hours.

RBA/RDA VS. TANKS – WHICH ONE SHOULD I USE?

An RDA is a rebuildable drip atomizer. This type of electronic cigarette connects a battery to an atomizer and the user then drips the liquid directly on to the heated coils. Many vapers build their own coils, most often of cotton material. RDA’s work better with a high VG liquid for the purpose of creating the most vapor – or clouds.

Vape tanks are great if you do not wish to build your own cotton atomizer. Tanks hold more liquid, however to change the flavor, you would need to change the atomizer whereas vaping from some buildable coil still maintain the flavor you chose.

Propylene glycol, or PG - It is actually a food grade substance that is found in food, medicines, cosmetics, shampoo, toothpaste etc. PG has been with us for almost a century and there is extensive data documenting the fact that it does not harm human health. For some, it may be an irritant but that’s about it. Propylene glycol is FDA approved and GRAS, or Generally Recognized As safe.
