Currently we ship all items via USPS. Shipping estimate is made based on the weight of your order. We do our best to ship all items marked as "In Stock" within 2 business days. If for any reasons we are unable to do so, we will contact the customer directly as soon as possible.
This site and the materials and products on this site are provided “AS-IS”, without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item received by the customer is DOA (Dead on Arrival). Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving their defective product in order to start a return process. DOA items only apply to electrical devices such as an iTaste, eRoll, Ego’s and Spinners. Online purchases cannot be returned to our retail store front location and must go through a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process through our site. If you return an item without RMA process, we may refuse the package upon its delivery for the safety of our staff. For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our customers, we absolutely DO NOT accept returns of: atomizers, clearomizers, cartomizers, bottled liquid, drip tips, batteries, wick, wire, mechanical mods, rebuildable devices / atomizers and parts for rebuildables and/or atomizers. Therefore, our Return Policy DOES NOT APPLY any products of this kind. Unfortunately we are unable to offer replacement or compensation for bottled liquids as taste differ for each individual and how the flavor reflects on their palette.
Some products may have minor flaws such as small nicks or polishing scratches. These types of flaws are common on many of the products other companies sell as well as the ones we sell. The only time we can accept a return or exchange an item is if it is defective (meaning non functioning) or damaged from shipping (meaning parts damaged or crushed due to handling upon delivery). Items damaged due to user error are not covered under warranty by Infinite Vapor LLC or the manufacturers of the products we sell.
Log in to your account, view the order using “Complete Orders” link under My Account menu and click Return Item(s) button. Please describe issues you are experiencing with your product in as much details as possible. Our staff will be in touch with you within two (2) business days upon receiving your inquiry.
RETURN TIME FRAME
Items approved for return for replacement or refund, must be mailed out within two (2) weeks from the approval date. Failure to do so may void your RMA and may result in denial of those packages at delivery.
If you are approved for a refund, it will be issued when the returned item has been received in satisfactory and unused condition. Please allow 10 business days for refunds to be processed. Refunds will be applied directly to the method that was used for the transaction. Refunds will ONLY be given at our discretion. Items that qualify for a refund must be approved by us before the product is returned. If the product falls under a category that is on our unapproved return list due to sanitary reasons, those products can not be returned for any reason, regardless if the product is unused.
